Automatic slow pressurization program: In the empty stroke, the indenter moves upward quickly; when the indenter approaches the sample, the indenter starts to move upward slowly to reach the set pressure value. In this way, the air in the sample can be squeezed out slowly, and the force on the sample can be uniformed to improve the quality of the pressed sample.

Automatic slow pressure relief program: When the pressure holding is over, the pressure relief starts slowly, and the pressure head descends slowly. (Because a vacuum is formed between the indenter and the sample surface during sample pressing, if the indenter goes down quickly, the sample will be pulled apart.) When the indenter leaves the sample surface, the indenter moves down quickly to improve the efficiency of sample pressing.

In addition, a specially designed integrated hydraulic piping module is used in the hydraulic system, which not only makes assembly more convenient, but also reduces the chance of oil leakage.
