The laboratory jaw crusher is primarily used for crushing various medium-hard rocks or ores, serving as essential equipment in laboratories and testing rooms across industries such as metallurgy, geology, construction materials, and chemical engineering. It is suitable for crushing ores, rocks, and brittle materials with compressive strength below 450MPa.

　　Main Components:

　　The lab jaw crusher consists of a body, eccentric shaft, jaw plates, and an adjustment mechanism. Power is transmitted via a V-belt to the connecting rod, driving the movable jaw to crush materials. The discharge particle size is adjusted using the nut-screw mechanism, top plate seat, and sliding seat. The jaw plates are made of highly wear-resistant high-manganese steel.

　　Working Principle:

　　During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft via a pulley, causing the movable jaw assembly to follow a preset trajectory. The movable jaw plate collides and compresses against the fixed jaw plate on the fixed jaw seat, crushing the material in the chamber to the desired size.

　　The discharge opening size is adjusted by modifying the eccentric shaft's position through the adjustment seat, achieving the required particle size.

　　Installation & Usage Guidelines:

　　1.The crusher must be installed on a sturdy, level foundation to prevent uneven stress that could lead to cracks.

　　2.Before test operation, ensure all fastening screws are tightened and manually rotate the pulley to confirm smooth movement. Resolve any abnormalities before testing.

　　3.Test run must be conducted without load. Rotate the handwheel to check the adjustment mechanism's flexibility. Only proceed to use after 30 minutes of normal no-load operation.

　　4.Avoid crushing materials exceeding medium hardness to prevent accelerated part wear and reduced lifespan.

　　5.For easier discharge, the machine may be installed at a slightly elevated height.
