The motor of this machine drives the main eccentric shaft on the oscillating frame to rotate through the drive shaft and worm gear pair, and then drives the other two auxiliary eccentric shafts to rotate, so that the swing of the whole screen group can obtain a radius, which is also equal to the eccentric plane circle swing. At the same time, the same motor drives another pair of worm gear pairs through the cam, ejector rod, and the swing frame equipped with the screen group to periodically lift up the swing frame that falls by its own weight, so that the swing frame can vibrate while swinging in a plane circle.
Operating Instructions for lab sieve shaker
1. When installing the sampling sieves, they should be stacked according to the size of the sieve holes, and a sieve chassis should be added at the same time.
2. Pour the material to be analyzed and tested into the upper sieve, cover the sieve cover, and then place it in the vibrating sieve machine base.
3. Rotate the lifting handle on the clamping sieve disc counterclockwise, slide the whole clamping sieve disc down on the cover sieve, and then turn the lifting handle on the clamping sieve disc clockwise, the ejector shaft inside clamps the support sleeve, and The whole set of analytical sieves is fastened.
4. Turn the timer knob of the vibrating screen machine to the time required for screening, press the start button, and the vibrating screen machine will start to work automatically. After the set time is up, the rotation will be stopped automatically, and one working cycle will be completed.
5. If there is no up and down vibration when working for the first time, it is because the motor is reversed. Please adjust the power cord to work normally.
6. After the work is over, turn off the power.
