What are the factors that affect the production capacity of laboratory jaw crush

The production capacity of each type of laboratory crushing plant/equipment has a range, which means that during the use of mechanical equipment, it will be affected by various factors, resulting in a decline in production capacity, and the same is true for laboratory jaw crushers.

Factors affecting the production capacity of the small jaw crusher machine:

1. The hardness of the material. The harder the material is, the more difficult it is to break, and the more serious the wear and tear on the lab jaw rock crusher. The crushing speed is slow, and of course the crushing capacity is small.

2. The humidity of the material, that is, when the moisture contained in the material is large, the material is easy to stick in the crusher, and it is also easy to be blocked during the feeding and conveying process, resulting in a reduction in the crushing capacity.

3. Shaking table, rotary kiln and fine crushing machine have high requirements for the fineness of crushed material, that is, the finer the crushed material, the smaller the crushing capacity.

4. The composition of the material, the more fine powder contained in the material before crushing, the more it will affect the crushing, because these fine powders are easy to adhere and affect the transportation. For those with a lot of fine powder content, it should be sieved once in advance.

5. The viscosity of the material. That is, the greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere.

6. The better the wear resistance of the crushing parts (hammer head, jaw plate) of the crushing equipment, the greater the crushing capacity. If it is not wear-resistant, it will affect the crushing capacity.
