After the crusher is installed and the solidification period of the foundation has passed, the test run can be carried out. Before the test run, check again whether all the screws are tightened and whether the connecting parts are in reliable contact. Then turn the pulley by manpower first, and when it is confirmed that the movement is not hindered, the empty test can be carried out. After the empty test for two hours, observe that the machine has no impact, no noise, no oil leakage at the seal, and no swing of the pulley and flywheel. There is no looseness of the machine parts, and the temperature rise of the bearing does not exceed 65°C. If any of the above faults are found, stop the machine immediately for maintenance. After confirming that the test operation of the crusher is normal, the load test can be carried out. Use materials with low hardness or small pieces to work. If there is no failure, normal production can be carried out.
