What should I do if the laboratory roller crusher is not working well?

1. Adhere to the content and cycle of scheduling, maintenance, inspection and repair (including replacement of parts) stipulated in the manual.

2. In order to carry out maintenance work, the roller crusher should be equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.

3. Inform the operator and designate an inspector before performing maintenance and maintenance operations.

4. When doing some work related to the operation, modification and adjustment of equipment and its maintenance equipment, or maintenance, inspection and repair work, follow the start-up and shutdown procedures specified in the operating instructions and the rules involving repair work.

5. Make sure to cut off the power supply before doing any work on the system. Only when there is a special person monitoring the equipment to start the switch or set an obvious alarm when the machine is shut down, and the transmission equipment has been confirmed, and the switch next to the machine has been turned to the inspection position, is it allowed to start work on the equipment to avoid unintentional startup.

6. It is confirmed that the motor is intermittent and the transmission device is confirmed before its protective cover is allowed to be removed.

7. After confirming that the rollers of the crusher have stopped moving, the doors and holes on the shell can be opened for maintenance.

8. When replacing parts and assemblies of the roller crusher, the fastening operation of the lifting parts and the command operation of the crane operation can only be undertaken by experienced personnel. Commanders have to give command signals within the sight and hearing of operators.

9. In order to avoid danger during the lifting process, the parts to be lifted should be carefully fastened and hung on the hook of the lifting equipment, and safe, reliable and satisfactory lifting equipment should be used. Do not stand or work on or under the suspended load.

10. Special planning shall be required for equipment and maintenance work over the head. If there are safety ladders and working paths in the design, equipment parts shall not be used as climbing objects.
