Lab ball milling machine failure phenomenon and maintenance method:
1. The ball mill is not working properly.
Case 1: Whether the power is plugged in, whether the green switch is turned on, if the instrument is equipped with an emergency stop switch, the emergency stop switch should be kept in the normal open state (press it to stop and turn it clockwise to open)
Case 2: No display after the inverter power switch is turned on. First check whether the power supply is normal, and then check whether the power switch is damaged.
Situation 3: The inverter has a display, but the motor does not start when you press the run button. First check whether the two ends of the seven-pin plug are tightly inserted, check whether the protective cover of the ball mill is properly covered, and then check whether the safety switch (travel switch) is damaged.
