The laboratory sealed hammer crushing and shrinking machine is a new type of hammer crushing equipment developed and produced according to the relevant requirements of GB474 "Coal Sample Preparation Method" and other standards.

The overall design is reasonable, the structure is compact, it is suitable for large moisture, the sample preparation speed is fast, and the production efficiency is high. It can be used for the preparation of medium-strength material samples in the laboratory. The machine adopts the splitting crushing principle.

When the material enters the crushing cavity, it is hit by the hammers on the rotor to crush the mineral ore, and the crushed ore is mostly in the shape of regular particles. The material in the machine cavity collides with the inner wall, which also accelerates the crushing speed.

The crushed material enters the shrinkage system through the sieve hole. The shrinking and dividing system is composed of a quarter divider and a two divider. The divider moves reciprocatingly in the horizontal direction to cut the material. The grid groove of the splitter discharges the material in two directions, and further divides the cut material, so that one part is collected and the other part is discarded. In this way, several points are regularly taken at different parts of the material, so that the samples obtained can represent the material fed into the machine. This series of machines is designed to steplessly adjust the reduction ratio, which can reduce the material by 1/2, 1/4, 1/8. The whole process of crushing and shrinking can be completed at one time.
