The XFD series single cell lab flotation machine have three types: XFDI, XFDII, XFDIII.
1. XFD-I Single Cell Flotation Machine

XFDI small flotation cell: the ordinary simple type, the impeller rotary speed can not be adjustable, and without LED display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals. Applied in laboratory flotation of a small amount of sample ore in such areas as geology,metallurgy,building material and chemical industry.

2. XFD-II Single Cell Flotation Machine

it is the updated version of XFD I, the impeller rotary speed can be adjustable as your needs, but with LED  display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals.

It is equipped with additional water level automatically adjusts automatically administration and other devices, can achieve a higher level of automation. Gas of pump tank supply to the rotor agitation, and mix with ore fluid, the stator is cut to produce tiny bubbles mineralization Rotor speed is stepless and can be adjusted by inverter.Fixed flotation tank fasten by hand wheel drive screw clamp.Shaving foam body, its trajectory is a circular motion.

Application for  xfd-1.5l laboratory flotation machine

Flotation machine is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and flotation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.

Working principle for xfd-1.5l laboratory flotation cell

The floatation machine has the advantages of large air-absorption capacity and low energy consumption. Every cell owns three functions: air absorption, slurry absorption, and floatation separation, and the cells form a floatation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment, and is allocated horizontally, which favors the change of flow. The circulation of mineral slurry is reasonable, and can avoid the disposition of coarse sand to the largest extent. There is self-control device on the surface of mineral slurry, so it is easy to adjust it. The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower vanes, which produce upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry respectively.
